GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Kezmik Kozmoz, Australia. Contact: kezmikkozmoz@gmail.com

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older in the following eligible states and territories. The promoter and anyone involved in conducting the prize draw are excluded from entering.

3. Entry Requirements

• Eligible entrants automatically receive one entry for each original artwork purchased from the 30 Days Inside collection during the promotional period.

• Purchases must be made through kezmikkozmoz.com at normal retail prices.

• No additional fee is charged to participate.

• Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent purchases are not eligible.

• Multiple entries are permitted through separate eligible artwork purchases, subject to applicable law.

4. Prizes

Three winners will be selected to receive:

• First Prize: $200 credit for use at kezmikkozmoz.com or $150 AUD cash or bank transfer, at the winner’s choice.

• Second Prize: One Kezmik Kevor.

• Third Prize: One pair of Kezmik Roveks.

Prize garments will be selected from available stock by the promoter. The first-prize store credit will be issued as a gift voucher, with its expiry and redemption conditions communicated to the winner.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen by a random draw from all valid entries after the promotional period closes.

Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of selection. Three different winners will be selected, with one prize awarded per person.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted through the email address provided at checkout within two business days of the draw.

Winners will have 14 days from notification to claim their prize. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner. Any unclaimed prizes will not be re-drawn. 

Results may be announced through Kezmik Kozmoz’s YouTube channel and social media. Winners’ personal details will only be published where required by law or with their consent.

7. Prize Delivery

Physical prizes will be shipped to eligible Australian addresses at no additional cost. The cash prize, if selected, will be paid by Australian bank transfer.

Prizes cannot be exchanged except for the first-prize choice expressly offered.

8. Privacy

Customer information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact winners and deliver prizes. Information will not be used for unrelated marketing without the customer’s consent. With the purchase, includes the rights to buyers first and last name to be announced at time of draw.

9. General Conditions

The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries involving fraud or conduct that breaches these terms. Any changes to or cancellation of the giveaway will be subject to applicable laws.
